VBS: Boomerang Express

This was B.K's first year of VBS and she went at my mom & dads church since she wasn't old enough to go at our church.

She loved VBS since she knows ALL her bible stories and didn't mind answering questions in front to everyone but doing the motions on stage was another story.....haha too funny!

I've never liked our shiny silver light fixture and still not "in love" with it but damn...sure looks better!

I spray painted it oil-rubbed bronze but yes I know it looks black... those picture frames on the wall are also bronze.

Community Day

I think for about 5 yrs now my dad has put together the Annual West Jefferson Community Day and this year he is the new mayor!

So we attended of course :) ate some bar-b-que,rode some slides till the rain the soaked us.

But...I'm way behind this was last month haha.. I know I gotta get better but it's such a pain to put pics on the computer I just wait and do it all at one time!
